Ever since I have been learning about mindfulness and other healing modalities and attending events and retreats, I have been wanting to host my own retreat.
And for that, I am making a list of mindfulness gifts I can gift to women who attend those retreats.
I know that a lot of women who create or attend retreats and are in this entrepreneurial blogging space look for ideas for self-care kits and retreats.
I was looking to see what I could find for my own retreat and I decided I would share it with other retreat group leaders as well. So this becomes a resource post for whoever that is interested.
What is beautiful is that these mindfulness gifts also make great gifts for yourself and your friends.
The one thing I would love to make clear is you do not need these gifts to become mindful. These can act as great reminders though for you and your friends to practice mindfulness

When you spend time in self-reflection, you build a greater connection with yourself, your emotions and feelings.

Mindfulness Books I love reading and receiving books. A book about mindfulness gives you great idea of how to begin practice at home and is an excellent reminder as well as a guide to keep your practice going.
Oils help you enhance the sense of smell and give you added focus especially if you have anxiety. Here are some essential oils, diffusers and sprays that I think will make great mindfulness gifts

Burning candles while setting an intention, clearing energy or meditation are great ways to set ritual space and create the aura you need for a mindfulness meditation space and make great mindfulness gifts.

Brewing Tea is a practice of mindfulness and you can present inspirational mugs and a variety of teas as amazing mindfulness gifts for your mindful friends.
Frankly, I can keep on doing this every day and add mindfulness gifts to this list but I believe the list so far is amazing and would be a treat to any mindfulness lover.
