.No, it involves turning the videos on for specific emotional problems you have and following just 1 exercise to feel the benefit. 

What is your refund policy?

Do I have to watch all videos before I feel calm?

No, That is the beauty of this program. You can only watch 5-10 min video and follow the exercise to feel the difference.

What if I get stuck on a lesson?
